60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Try founté for 60 days. If you're not happy with the results for any reason, contact us at support@founte.com for a full refund — no questions asked. You don't even need to return the product.
Returns
If you'd like to return an unopened product within 60 days of purchase, we'll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund once the item is received.
Opened products are eligible for our 60-day satisfaction guarantee above.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective product? Email us at support@founte.com with a photo and your order number. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Replacement Filters
Filter cartridges are eligible for return or refund within 30 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging. Used filters are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, but are covered under our satisfaction guarantee.
Subscriptions
Cancel your subscription any time before the next billing date. Charges already processed follow the standard refund policy above.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
